I know I was not alone with this prediction but three days ago I said, “with Fred Thompson’s lousy performance in South Carolina where he placed a lot of chips, it would appear his campaign may be coming to a close soon.” As of today it did. Looks like Republicans are down to deciding between Romney, Huckabee, McCain, Paul, and Giuliani. Dare I say now that it is my opinion that although Giuliani will place well in Florida, it is likely Super Tuesday will put him out of the race. We’ll see.
