Due to the recent attention in the news over Arizona’s tough laws against businesses hiring illegal aliens I have spent some extra time studying this issue. There are plenty of folks out there who argue that kicking out illegal aliens from our borders will cause a demise in our economy due to the lack of available employees. However an article at AZCentral.com demonstrates the opposing point of view and I find the study intriguing because it cites illegal aliens cost Arizonans $1.4 billion in wages. Now that’s a serious argument to consider.
