Sorry to bring up ‘old’ news, but I just noticed today that Chris Cannon made a press release back on March 29th saying the “Democrat budget shows they [Democrats] didn’t get the message.” He bases this claim on the fact that “voters sent a message in 2006 that should have been loud and clear. Spending is out of control and they [the voters] want the problem solved.” Bingo, Mr. Cannon. Not only are the democrats at fault now for not fixing the problem, but they’re doing exactly what was accomplished while the Republicans were in charge… a big, loud nothing. The government is bigger than it has ever been, thanks largely to the Grand Old Party during the years it controlled the House, Senate, AND the Presidency. Time for both parties to act responsibly, stop finger-pointing, and fix the problem. And time for a serious move to government efficiency. Is this where I put in a one-liner in favor of Mitt Romney?
